Meet our new instructors!!

We will be introducing two new instructors in 2023!!  Latoya Adams will be teaching Yoga and Sharee McCants will be teaching STRONG Nation.  Please welcome our new instructors to Know Excuses!  

Latoya Adams

My yoga journey began in 2009, with a desire to learn more about the mind, body, and spiritual connection when I heard of yoga. I sought out a local yoga studio, took my first Power Vinyasa class, and fell in love with the practice. I practiced yoga for about 18 months and completed my 200- hour yoga teacher training certification at Cleveland Yoga in 2011, trained in the Baptiste style of Power

Vinyasa Yoga. I am currently a registered 500hr Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and a certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

My style of teaching is a calm storm. Expect to be challenged and have fun, as you are guided through your practice. My goal is to create a safe space for students to connect with self, become body aware, practice self-love, explore what’s possible, and to heal.

Sharee McCants

Hi, I’m Sharee, a health industry professional turned menopause coach. I am also a certified personal trainer, a level 1 nutrition coach and STRONG Nation® instructor.  

Through a multitude of conversations with women, it is clear to me that menopause is more than just hot flashes, night sweats and weight gain. After much resistance, I have stepped in much needed position of helping fabulous women who are transitioning into the central “period” of their life become their best selves by developing a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle. I am here to help you become STRONG & HAUTE!
